What you can expect

During an initial consultation period we will:

  • Identify your intentions and what is impacting or inhibiting the desired outcome or experience of your company, culture, clients, customers

  • Illuminate a holistic understanding of current challenges, dynamics, and contributing factors

  • Develop a framework identifying 2-3 obstacles to tend to and transform through individual and organizational enrichment, education, embodiment, and empowerment.

    I’ll put together a curated and customized proposal for how we can work together based on your unique needs. Working together can be facilitated online or in-person depending on your location and desired structure and frequency of engagement. Commitment ranges from three months to a year and may include:

  • 1:1 coaching & consultation calls

  • Leaderships coaching & consultation calls

  • small group or team coaching/Facilitation/education calls

  • TAlks, classes, workshops

  • Leadership or team intensives or retreats

Talks, classes, and workshops can be curated and crafted into 90 minute - 3 hour formats.

There is an option to extend a curated coaching and consulting relationship to provide longer term seasonal or quarterly check ins/support/guidance.
