The word “somatic” is rooted in the greek word “soma” which translates to “the living body in it’s wholeness”.


A holistic mind-body approach to understanding and working with the interconnected nature of your biology, ecology, physiology, and psychology.

If talking, thinking, and trying all the things hasn’t resulted in the deeper or lasting changes or relief you are seeking, then its likely time to turn inward to engage in the deeper work within to tend to and transform the deeper root causes and impacts of stress and trauma so you can live feel more alive, aligned, and authentic in your body, relationships, and life.

  • SOMATIC BODYWORK

    Somatic Bodywork goes deeper than traditional massage and bodywork techniques to track and work with your unique body, biology, and nervous system to recover from stress, trauma, illness, and injury and restore a deeper sense of ease, vitality, and wellbeing.

    Sessions will weave reflective conversation, embodied inquiry, breath awareness, guided movement or hands-on subtle body work to support nervous system regulation and gently unravel and unwind pain, tension, stress so you can move and live more fully and freely in your body and your life.

  • SOMATIC THERAPY

    Somatic therapy goes beyond traditional cognitive approaches by focusing on the body and your unique embodied experience to address the root causes and dynamics of symptoms, struggles, habits, patterns, and beliefs that impact your sense of well-being. We’ll go beyond labels and diagnosis to tend more deeply to your unique experience, values, desires and needs to restore and reclaim a more aliveness, authenticity, resilience, and freedom in your body, relationships, and life.

    Sessions weave reflective conversation and inquiry as we attune to emotions, sensations, gestures, and movements of body and breath as they arise, revealing the often oppressed or repressed information and insights that lead to deeper healing within.
